Ingredients

milk

(melted)

corn
(kernels removed)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F/200C.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Melt butter, then beat in first the milk, then the egg.
Add the liquid to the dry ingredients, mix until combined.
Cut the kernels off the corn and add them to the batter. Mix well.
Pour batter into a pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden.
