My novella Fire. Escape. has been shortlisted for this year’s Sir Julius Vogel Award, for excellence in New Zealand speculative fiction.

But I haven’t seen the ballot yet … it’s not on the SFFANZ site, as far as I can see. Has it been posted somewhere else?

  Thanks, Simon! I understand the ballot will be posted Monday. They are sending out notices to the finalists, and after I saw a bunch of other people post their nominations I decided to jump on the train, too.
  
  Now that I think of it, it might have been a bit premature.
